A Basic Wash takes 45 to 60 minutes. The Gold Detail runs 1.75 to 2 hours. The Platinum Detail is 2.5 to 3 hours. We block your scheduled window with buffer time so we're never rushed.

Yes. Our primary service area is Kirkland, Bellevue, Kenmore, Clyde Hill, and Yarrow Point. There is no mobile fee inside this zone. Lake Forest Park, Redmond, and Sammamish are on the expansion roadmap.

This is the Pacific Northwest — we expect rain. Our mobile rigs come equipped with pop-up canopies so we can work in light to moderate rain. For heavy rain or severe weather, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. Sasquatch members get first priority on rescheduled time slots.

Not necessarily. Many of our customers leave a key (or unlock the vehicle remotely via app) and head to work or run errands. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're finished, with photos of the completed work.

You can book online through our booking page, call or text us, or — once Otto goes live — chat with our scheduling assistant directly on the website. Most one-off appointments are scheduled within 48 hours; Trail Club members lock in their monthly slot in advance.

Bigger vehicles take more time, more product, and more square footage of work. We price by the actual labor and materials each vehicle requires — no hidden fees, no surprises at the appointment.

Excessive debris adds $30 to $50 depending on the package. Pet hair, deep stains, and odor treatments are billed as the Interior Deep Clean add-on (+$60 to $100). We'll always confirm the additional cost with you before adding it on.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Trail Club memberships are billed automatically each month to the card on file.

Yes. We use pH-neutral, EV-safe wash chemistry and follow Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid recommended washing protocols. Our mobile unit is fully self-contained with on-board water and power — no extension cords, no water hookups required from your home.

One full Gold maintenance detail per month, locked-in pricing, 15% off all add-on services, and priority scheduling. Sedan tier is $139/month, Truck is $159/month, and SUV is $179/month. Members get the same legendary detail experience without the booking guesswork.
