Bookings & confirmation
A booking submitted through the website or by phone is not confirmed until we have responded with a confirmed date, time window, and quoted price. We will respond within one hour during business hours and within twenty-four hours otherwise.
Pricing & adjustments
All prices on the website are starting prices and may be adjusted based on vehicle condition, size, and any agreed-upon add-on services. If the vehicle requires excess debris removal or specialty treatment, we will confirm the additional cost with you before beginning that work.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule up to four hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within four hours of the appointment may incur a small fee to cover crew time. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Sasquatch is always at no charge.
Trail Club membership
Trail Club memberships are billed monthly to the payment method on file. You can cancel anytime by emailing or calling us — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Locked-in member pricing remains in effect for the life of an active membership.
Liability & damage
Sasquatch is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to your vehicle directly caused by our work, contact us within twenty-four hours and we will document the issue and resolve it through our insurance. Pre-existing damage is documented at the start of each detail.
